The pricing shown consists of a menu package, staffing and settings to complete the package.

Also, we are able to meet most any budget requirements.
Gold Package - A

Using clear acrylic disposable dinnerware, Golden Fruit Punch, Fruit and Cheese Displays, Spinach Dip with Crackers served as guests arrive.

Fresh Gardel Leaf Salad (ranch & Italian),
Honey Glazed Spiral Ham, Smoked Beef Brisket,
Red Roasted Potatoes, Steamed Vegetable Medley, Bread and Butter, including water and unsweetened tea. (other menus are available)

White satin linen on buffet tables, staff in black tie,
white table linen and our centerpieces,
if you do not have your own settings.

Staff will serve bride and groom at their table and serve the wedding guests at the buffet stations.
We assist with cake serving, as requested. 
Staff will remove setting after event ends.

This package cost is $24.00 per guest and may be reserved by a deposit of 50% (payments are ok).
Balance will become due 5 days prior to the event date. We reserve the lowest guest count and allow you to add guests the week prior to the event date.

Roasted Beef Au Jus, Southern Baked Breast of Chicken,
Broccoli & Cheese Casserole, Southern Whole Green Beans, Bread and Butter, including water and unsweetened tea. (other menus are available)
