Diamond Package - A
Using our gold trimmed white china, stemware and white linen napkins, Golden Fruit Punch, Fruit and Cheese Displays, Spinach Dip served as guests arrive.
Beef Tenderloin, (or Pork Tenderloin) sliced on site, Sateed Mushrooms and Onions, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Potatoes au gratin, Whole Green Beans,
Bread and Butter, including water and unsweetened tea. (other menus are available)
We will attempt to match the bride's color in satin linen on buffet tables. Our staff in black tie will serve seated guests and replenish beverages at the guest's tables during the event.
We will serve your cake(s), as requested.
Staff will remove setting after event ends.
This package cost is $32.00 per guest and may be reserved by a deposit of 50% (payments are ok).
Balance will become due 5 days prior to the event date. We reserve the lowest guest count and allow you to add guests the week prior to the event date.
