Our Goal is to serve high quality menu selections and hospitality services to our clients and to provide the high quality of services to those who may not have time to serve themselves.
On the way to church, a young man ate a small breakfast of sausage and buscuit. This young man began to bring extra sausage and buscuits to share with the Sunday School classmates before class started.
With the permission from the pastor, this young man began to purchase a small amount of breakfast items to prepare a hot menu each Sunday morning to be shared with the classmates. Mostly, buscuits, eggs, sausage, grits and juice were served to anyone of any age. This young man enjoyed having a way to serve God's family and share with others.
This same young man was asked by the pastor to prepare a small menu for a man and woman for the reception after their ceremony. With the funds available, this young man prepared a fruit display, Swedish meatballs, cajun hot wings, cajun dirty rice, dinner bread and a light wedding punch.
